Over the past year we have started working with JIAC, by supplying backpacks to youth entering the foster system, temporary emergency placement and many other situation that could cause a child or teen to not have any personal belonging on them as they are move to a new home. Mary Ann Pitnick is the program Coordinator and took time to talk about the impact of these backpacks and their program.
