Liability waiver

I voluntarily choose to participate in this Care Package Inbound (“CPI”) event. I understand that participation may involve activities such as lifting, carrying, sorting, packing, loading, unloading, and other volunteer tasks.

I understand that participation carries certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, and other injuries. I knowingly assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Care Package Inbound, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and event hosts from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and will follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and volunteers.

Photo & video release

Care Package Inbound may take photographs or video during this event for use in social media, marketing, fundraising, publications, and other promotional materials.
